Is Ideal's SK636 same as Canadian Tire's 46-0196-6?

Not at all. Ideal's uses LED bulbs, while CTC uses normal bulbs. Normal bulbs need to be changed frequently and they wear through batteries much faster. Ours is a much better product! Try it for yourself and find out.
