How to assemble the TBXS116

Tools required: An Allen key (included), a Phillips (star) screwdriver, a hammer (optional)

Parts included:

Step 1:

Select 1 part B, 2 parts C and 1 part E.
Slide the pins at the extremities of part B into the 2 parts C.
Insert parts E on the exposed top corner of part C.
With the provided Allen Key, tighten the bolts at the ends of part B.

Now your base is ready!

Step 2:

Select 2 parts A and 1 part B.
Slide the pins at the extremities of part B into the 2 parts A.
Leave a little gap between the outside end of part B and the end of parts A.
With the provided Allen Key, tighten the bolts at the ends of part B.

Your upright is now ready!

Step 3:

Take your base and install it by sliding it into the bottom of your upright. (CAUTION: While sliding the base into the upright, make sure that upright bottom is level with the feet of your base)
With the provided Allen Key, tighten the bolts at the ends of part C.

Step 4:

Take 1 part B.
install it by sliding it into the bottom of your upright.
With the provided Allen Key, tighten the bolts at the ends of part B.

Now your structure is ready!

Step 5:

Take 4 parts D.
Install them at the bottom of the legs of your structure by pushing the stem into the holes at the bottom of the structure.

Now you are all set and ready to install the Tilt Bins into the frame!

Step 6

For Tilt Bin Model #2

Take 2 parts F and 2 Parts G
Insert parts F into parts G.
Install them into the top keyholes of bin #2.
Install the tilt bin by sliding it into the top rails of the frame.

For all other Tilt Bin Models

Take 2 parts H
Install them into the top keyholes of your tilt bin model of choice
Install the tilt bin by sliding it into the top rails of the frame.

Step 7:

Take 2 parts E.
Install them at the open extremities on the top of your frame

Now you are all set!
